Someone got a hold of my gift card number and spent $2,100 dollars in 3 purchases at Benq, all within minutes of each other and they never thought to question the sale? I called them right after I found out, left a message and no one called me back. Wanted to stop them before they shipped the items. Seems like you would know something’s up but it appears they didn’t care. Felony level theft. Avoid this place
Never I repeat never buy a projector from these people. They are knowingly selling defective projectors and trying to convert people from new to refurbished when the piece of garbage breaks I’m going on number 4 in a little over a year. 2 and 3 lasted less than 4 months
Customer service is a joke. Ordered a projector lamp over a week ago and still cannot get a tracking number. Good luck getting support if you make a purchase and need assistance for anything over the course of ownership. Lack of support on ordering a projector lamp pushed me to just switch projector brands and I ended up ordering a new JVC NZ7 instead and won't be looking back at Benq. Sorry, but spend your money elsewhere.
These people produce low-quality products and don't stick to their words. Do not waste money on buying screens for CAD work. They cost a lot but aren't worth it!
Don't expect to get good after service from the company. They don't care about giving quality to the customers, it's all about getting money from us.
