Steve came by to service our HVAC and was really excellent - gave us some great tips and really went above and beyond. Thank you!
The tech was great! Communication from the main office regarding estimated dates wasn't great though. The good outweighs the bad though, so give them a call if you need solid service.
Excellent service! We needed a clothes washer valve replaced. Tech Benjamin arrived early and replaced the cold-water valve. He recommended replacing the hot-water valve as well, since both were over 20 years old. He did the job quickly and efficiently. The cost was much less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use Benoure again for additional work we need in our home.
We are just moving in to a custom home in Jeffersonville and there were multiple issues due to miscommunication from general contractor. Josh was amazing working thru all the issues. His assistant Keith was very polite. Bob was also great during the initial rough in stage.
