not at all considerate!!! the land lord is not co-operative and the houses he shows are not supervised by him , hence dirty when you go first time to see.

No Pressure, Great Atttitude – Great service from Shane over at Benoit. Very knowledgable of Cambridge/Somerville realestate and knows all the ins and outs associated with the purchase process. His network of real estate contractors is a great plus too. After I purchased through Benoit, I was able to get multiple reccomedations from Shane on people who could help with the various projects around the house. He also worked with several banks who have really competitive rates. Responsive real estate professional.

Awesome Service – Shane Marrion was referred to us by our neighbors and we used him to sell our condo in Cambridge. He sold himself to us very persuasively and we selected him over other agents in the area. Although he asked for a higher commission than others, he proved himself a truly excellent seller. Great service! – Benoit represented me in the purchase of my house in Newton. The broker, Shane, was very professional and competent. I always felt like I was in good hands with this firm. when it came to negotiations, I really felt like they were representing my best interests and definitely got me a better deal that I would have gotten without them. they did this despite the fact that there were other offers on the table. No pressure, great attitude! – These guys are GREAT!!! I think that I would have gone insane if it wasn't for my team at Benoit, Specifically Sean Callahan.
