I had such a fantastic experience buying my car here. The team was incredibly helpful and made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free, which is honestly the exact opposite of what I usually expect at a dealership. I never felt pushed or pressured into making a decision, and they took the time to answer every single one of my questions. It is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a car lot, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly and professional service.
Edit to my original review. Initially I was very disappointed by the service I received. No upset but disappointed. You should be able to trust that the person working on your vehicle is doing the work right. That is why you go to a dealership because you want good quality work done. This was by far the easiest vehicle transaction I have ever done. We know exactly what we wanted and Cameron and the whole team had us in and out in under 1 hour. Then to put icing on the cake they ensured my daughter got the VIP treatment since this was her birthday present.
I debated leaving this review. This is a 1 star review. I had an appointment for 9am. I didn't leave until almost 1pm. I missed a doctor's appointment and almost missed another one. All I needed was a door handle installed. A door handle. It wasn't until AFTER I paid 200 bucks and drove 30 minutes home that someone called me and said there was a miscommunication and the door handle I provided didn't fit.
