We bought our fixer upper through Theresa David. She was essential in helping us get through all of the paperwork for buying this foreclosure.
Debi Benoit, a woman who has bamboozled people by brokering and representing properties. She has an over aggressive presence and wasn't helpful in selling our house. We had to settle for almost 15% below asking price. Do not be fooled by her sales numbers as she is a rude woman who thinks she is above her clients. I am sorry to write a harsh review but she really upset us with selling our house and hope nobody else makes the same mistake.
Find another realtor. I’ll leave it at that.
