I was in Louisiana from out of state purchased a car from this location. The day that I brought at home it wouldn’t start got a new battery. Start my journey back home got to Pensacola Florida. Bought a truck 2020 GMC AT4 in April, oil pump goes out, they play around with it for 6 weeks. I went and bought my own OEM oil pump and brought it to them to install. Finally get the truck back. 1 oil change later, the truck has lifter failure. Of course I bought the extended warranty. Here we are a week later, no calls or updates, no loaner car and no information. I’ve called the service department 15 times over the course of 4 days and left 10 messages and got 1 call back.
