I hired Mike and Benoist Plumbing to install some fixtures in my bathroom. He first charged me about $2800. When I objected, he lowered it to $1850, which was still way too much, and said he made a mistake in calculations. The toilet started leaking a few months later and he said that he does not stand behind this work for more than 30 days. Tankless water heater flush out — maintenance. Michael is very personable & very knowledgeable. He also has an amazing work ethic and was determined to make sure everything was done correctly. Michael also consulted with us during his time and answered other plumbing questions. We really appreciate him & his high quality of work! We’ll definitely call him again for our plumbing needs.
Michael was professional and reasonable from the first call through job completion. He was honest and transparent throughout, charging a reasonable rate compared to the big companies. He’s my first and only call next time I need a plumber.
Mike and Dave were awesome. They helped us with a large plumbing job and made what could have been a stressful situation really straightforward. They were professional, easy to talk to, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find people you trust to work on your home, but these guys were fantastic. I’d happily recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area.
