Would not recommend. Did not know how to set up the connection between AC unit and app and installed the unit outside in the wall before programming anything. Joked about having read the instructions first. Left a mess all over my porch and indoor room. I told him the water was not draining properly in the drain tube and argued with me on video that is how it works even though I've lived here 3 years and watched the water drain the correct way for 3 years. Benny was amazing! He came out right away and gave me a very competitive estimate compared to other companies. He installed my new AC the next day. Benny and his crew were polite, courteous and professional. 10/10 recommend!
