Robin did an amazing job on the cake and cookies for my son's grad party. She customized the cookies to look like the front and back of my son's track jersey and they were spot on! When I picked up the order they even carried it to the car for me!
Thank you so much for fitting my order in and at such a busy time of the year no less. I've never been to Benny's bakery before but I got exactly what I wanted and as quick as I needed it. Again I can't thank you enough for helping make a special day for preschoolers that more wonderful with your yummy cookies. I'll definitely be back and bringing others!!! ��
Quoted a price of “$25 and decoration adds a little more.” Charged me $55. So... $30 on a $25 order is not “a little more!” And then when confronted about it, got defensive and flippant. Someone needs to give the managers of Benny’s a class on customer service.

When this customer called she said (confrontationally, as she said in her post) her husband picked up the cake and when it got to her it was unlevel. We immediately apologized and offered a refund if the cake was brought back or a $25 credit if she wanted to keep the cake. She continued to go on about the price of the cake. Two bad cake experiences in a row with very rude customer service. Also, the donuts were dry as usual. Will not be coming back.
I contacted Benny's sort of last minute for a custom cookie order. They got back to me really fast, and the cookie came out absolutely perfect! I can't thank Benny's enough!
