Pretty good pizza served in an interesting atmosphere. Only thing that had me confused is why the cook kept popping the "crust bubbles" on the pizzas as they were cooking. Somebody let that man know that those are the equivalent of the prize in a Cracker Jacks box.
28" pies. Biggest in Charlotte I've seen. Delicious! They're a weekend staple with us!
Best Pizza outside of NYC. I plan on making this a must do when I come to Charlotte.
