Becky in service department is very rude, doesn’t know anything about a vehicle and can’t remember anything you tell her. I wouldn’t take anything there for service. The sales department is a complete deterrent story. I could go on and on but I’m too upset to vent here. Do yourself a favor and stay with Victoria Dealerships.
The staff here are very friendly. I especially want to highlight Jacob — he was very helpful. I wish there were more people like him everywhere.
