Bennitta is an amazing, thorough, considerate, helpful, and compassionate Dr. I have been seeing her now for almost 2 years and her help, guidance and excellent care has been above and beyond the expectations. I love the office team and medical team as well. Bennitta uses the latest technology and ensures that you fully understand...when she says she will check on you...she does!!
The medical assistant sharissa (not sure of the spelling) is very rude and shows no interest in taking care of the patient. She threw the stethoscope twice and when she made a statement that I corrected her on she immediately caught an attitude. I’m not sure if she was having a rough morning, we all have bad days but she could at least show more compassion and be willing to help more instead of being rude, and giving a cold shoulder. If it is possible to score with ZERO stars that is what she gets. She is AWFUL! Everytime that I have had to interact with her it is never positive. She does not listen. She refuses to hear the patient. If you disagree with what she has to say she immediate gets an attitude. I have not seen her in years because the last time I was scheduled to see her it ended much like todays visit with me walking out with unresolved issues.
