Hindsight is 20/20. Hiring Pat Rosillo as our realtor proved to be the worst business decision I have ever made. We hired Pat on a referral from a friend for whom she did a very good job representing and selling that property. But that was a few years ago. She's gotten lazy and just a bit senile since then.
