A 6 month contractual job is now going on 5 years.
as of this moment we have been waiting on someone to come check out a machine that is down we believe due to a rebuilt spindle from Hales. it has been over a week and still cant get them to commit on when they can have someone here to take it out to tell us if its covered under warranty. I should have just bought a brand new one instead of having it rebuilt. I don't think the initial savings warrants the cost of being down waiting for these guys.
