For some reason, after 2 years of my dog being a patient Benning animal hospital began overlooking reminders. Originally I spoke to the staff and was told that they did indeed mail out reminders, I made sure that my address was correct and stayed a client. The second time I was emailed from the hospital and told that my pooch was 60 days past due on his heartworm test! Dr. Riddick has been incredible with our dachshund who has Cushing's disease.
So far I've been very happy with my experiences here. Everyone is always nice, makes sure you have the information you need, makes sure you don't forget about appointments and above all takes excellent care of the animals they see. I'll be calling in a little while to schedule an appointment to get my boy neutered.
I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic and their doggy day care. My dog Flynn and I absolutely love everyone who works here and how they go above and beyond for the animals brought into their care. We will be so sad to have to find a new vet when we move.
I love how they treat me and our animals as if they were theirs. From dogs to goats, they have been there for me, even at the worst time.
Dr Riddick and her staff are fantastic. You don't just feel like a number on their financial statement... :-)

Absolutely amazing!!!! Dr. Riddick and everyone at Benning Animal Hospital have always been amazing with our pets, we have been customers here for about three years so far and have always been happy. Recently our youngest dog ate one of our babies pacifiers and required a couple of surgeries. They were so awesome about working with us and keeping us updated everyday with how he was doing and treated him like family. So happy they were there :D
