Called this guy (Jeff)… said he didn’t have my tire size. Cool. Then he called back saying he had it. Had me waiting for him for an hour and a half with my son in the car just for him to call me back & say he doesn’t have my size. Offered to make up for the inconvenience the next day but decided to ghost me instead. Horrible business.
KEEP SCROLLING!!!! Hands down THE WORSE roadside assistance I’ve ever had. I made the initial call at 8:07am and literally sat on the side of the highway for 7.5 HOURS!!!!! After they took the $300 deposit of course.. BIGGEST SCAM IN GEORGIA!!! The first crew that was sent couldn’t even get the job done not even sure if the guy could read. The second crew advised me to drive a mile WITH NO TIRE on I-20 to the other side so his equipment would work properly lol.. COMPLETE JOKE!!
