me and my husband both did a Chapter 13 or 7 with Fernandez Associate and the process was very detailed and the people there take there time to explain everything to you. I would recommend this office if you are trying to obtain license but can't because of unpaid tickets. This program and office gets you right on the road. I am now debt free and happy!!!
this office is unprofessional. Staff have unpleasant attitudes. Questions take weeks to get answered. The staff Don't return phone calls. Mailbox has been full for MONTHS. Not even 2 weeks after I filed ch.13 I had my bank account an assets frozen an taken an this law office was suppose to protect that. I WOUNLD NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS FIRM.
