I've been with Bennie since he took over the book of business from another agent. I have always been well taken care of, and Jessica (since she was named in another review) has been absolutely amazing. They have taken the time to get to know me. Even thought I don't call frequently, I never feel like a stranger. I love that personal touch, as it's rare to find from a business.
This is the most horrible auto insurance agent I've ever worked with. JESSICA MERCADO should not be in the customer service business since she has no empathy or concern for customers. Unresponsive, unhelpful and unwilling to go out of their way to help you even during a pandemic. I adjusted some of our coverages since my husband and I were both working from home.
