Pizza soggy, undercooked, wet and floppy. My first time ordering here for delivery. They were fast. I gave a 20% tip when I ordered, if only I knew. My large pizza was so wet/floppy it was mis shaped in the box from driver taking corners too fast or he dropped it. If you like good pizza this place is not for you. 4/15/2020 5:30pm
Pizza was good but the service was absolutely terrible!! After we arrived we sat at the table for 20 minutes before someone came over and took our drink order (we just wanted water and 1 soda) After our drinks were brought over we had to wait another 15 minutes for the server to come back and take our food order. great atmosphere, a place to meet your best friends and enjoy pizza, beer or wine.
I am extremely angry, My husband & I were out for a walk with Rocky my mobility service dog. We stopped by Benniditos for dinner as we have done many times, we sat down and Rocky went under the table as usual and the server refused us service. Said we needed documentation proof that Rocky was a service dog and demanded that we leave. I will never recommend them again (by the way, Rocky has had over 3 years of training and there is no documentation they are allowed to demand under Federal Law)

I have never received such horrible treatment at a restaurant. I can't even call it service because that would imply that we were served anything. We met up with a friend for his birthday. We were there for 10 minutes and the regular we were sitting with finally had to ask the server to bring us a menu. After about 20 minutes, my husband had to go inside to the bar to get us something to drink.
