I lived in these apartments in 2013. Actually, I loved it then. We did indeed have Mngm t and maintenance on duty. My only qualm was the apartment never got dark enough when it was time to go to sleep. Do to the half moon window s. If I had not lost my job and could no longer pay the rent,I would have stayed longer. I'm a lot older now and climbing those stairs- oh no. Not now.
Filthy, unsafe and no management or maintenance
Never called back after dropping off application. Was not helpful
Poor customer service. No call or messages back. Try to be fair n not base opinion on others opinions but alas they proved to be true. They definitely won't be getting out families business. I grew up here and find it hard to believe that any place in Bennettsville SC is classy or desirable.
