Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. Dealer was clean and organized..sales people did a great job getting everything in order in a super fast manner.. rained all day yet he was out there doing his thg..well done tony.. just to add, trk didn't work out but the team all came together and helped make it right.. so now I own a new trk and all problems went away.. great job to all..
I feel like they got me what I wanted, and what is best for me, instead of forcing me to buy something I didn't want or need. They worked to get me what I needed for my trade, and they worked around my work schedule. Completely hassle free. I'm happy with my purchase and the service at Bennettsville Ford.
