I brought my 2017 GMC Sierra into the service department because my alternator had stopped working as we were passing through from conway sc to Greensboro nc Friday October 9. The service manager, Charles Mathews, went above and beyond by installing the alternator himself. He was professional, kept me well-informed throughout the process.
