Called to get information on units. The older lady working at the location on McCool Road was incredibly rude and condescending! With so much competition in the area, who has time to be spoken to like they're an idiot? Taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word! 😡😡😡😡😡
I am VERY satisfied with this storage facility. I asked the gal in the office about Jim s experience and was told he was totally reimbursed for the empty boxes he had stored. Really? He made a big deal about EMPTY boxes? I feel they were up front with me and I trust them completely. She explained to me to place my belongings on the pallets they provide, to keep the condensation on the concrete from ruining my stuff. She also told me to put a tarp or plastic over my stuff to keep the dust off. They provided me with a lock and... read more

I rented a unit on July 15, paying for the rest of July and August, as well as the security deposit. At the end of August, I went to pay the rent for September, and she said that I had turned in the key, they changed the lock and they rented the unit out to someone else! I did NOT turn in the key, I still have it. I demanded my security deposit back and she gave it ... read more
