Sam the waiter did his job well, if that included being a bad car salesmen...food was told to be the freshest bbq made daily, nothing day old or frozen. Well, it was literally the driest, unappealing looking BBQ I’ve ever eaten and I’m a home smoker and have been to culinary school myself. We made it about a half mile back to our chalet and had to pullover and I threw up my meal on the side of Ski Mtn rd. Went home and we both spent the next few hours in the bathroom.
