Wayne arrived 20 minutes after our call, he took the time to understand the problem and took care of finding the piece as quickly as possible. He changed the piece quickly and we were able to leave for our road trip. Without him our trip would have been different, he allowed us to not be late and all that with a smile and a great exchange despite our poor command of English! We recommend him for his efficiency and kindness.
