They came got my heat working but not my A/C, they got my money for labor saying they had to order a capacitor Wich they will install for free because of the $70 I already paid and they would just charge me for the part (they marked up 50% I see after ordering it myself) they never came back The labor was paid for My wife called he said he was waiting for it to get summer 🤨 Now he's saying he got sick and that we need to find someone else This was October 22nd of 2024
I set up an appointment to have my ductwork and furnace fixed, two men arrived and fixed the furnace but declined to carry out the repairs needed with the ductwork. After they left I looked inside my furnace and there were screws left out that I still dont know where they go and there was a cover left off of the high voltage box inside of my furnace.The old man there was also rushing his partner and tried to say my furnace was working fine when I already knew it needed a flame sensor.
