Last winter our heat went out and couldnt get it to work. We called e & m after business hours because we have 6 kids which at the time included a 2 month old newborn. We told them our heater was not working and would appreciate it if they could come out and look at it and possibly fix it. Of course they charged a emergency visit convenience fee, but told us if they fixed it, they would wave the fee. So we told them to come out.
