Avoid this company!!! This is the worst company I have used in 11 years since I've lived in Georgia. The sales manager quoted me a price for one system then had them install a cheaper one and charged me the full price. He knew since he had not written the quote down that he would get away with it. The owner went right along with this "Bait and Switch" deal. They knew it was hot and that I really needed a/c. He also told me that he was "going to rip the a/c out of my house so I wouldn't tell my neighbors" about their scheme. ... read more
I Agree These people are CROOKS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT. They used pretty much the same practice with our family. They should be closed down immediately.
The best HVAC company I have ever used. I purchased a new air conditioning system from Bennett's in July of 2007. The price was good and the service was great. The service people were friendly and fast. The new system lowered my electricity bill by approx 30% per month. I am completely satisfied and happy with the price and services.
Mad as Hell! This the worst company ever. They will rip you off big time. My experience with them is they would come out to fix a problem then 3 months later the same problem happens again but they would say its something different. Bottom line, their technicians are clueless, they rip people off, and they do not stand behind their work! I would not recommend them at all unless you want to give your money away.
