Usually are on point. Today came in to get 1 dozen males. Called in order. Came in and waited over 15 min after they said order would be ready. Then they gave me my order that had been sitting on counter and was not even hot. No apology. Didn't try to make it right. Didn't even apologize. I just walked out. Plus crab department smelled like seafood and piss.. Smh
