Always pick up the phone, give good, accurate advice, fit the vehicle into their schedule asap, and do a perfect job for a fair price.
First impressions are critical.. having never been there before.. shift lever on column flopping back n forth... shift linkage had broke. Had it towed, it was fixed fast.. price? I was expecting it to cost a lot more.. what does that say about Bennett’s? They are people of character who don’t take advantage of the situation. That cannot be said of other garages.. I will be back and highly recommend them 👍🏻
This shop is very efficient with fair pricing. Driving to work at 8am my wheel bearing broke in my truck. I called Bennetts within 5 minutes they were on their way with a tow truck. 2pm that same day I got a call saying my truck is ready to. Thank you Bennetts auto for the service.
