Bennett really has healing hands. He genuinely knows what he’s doing and you can tell right away. I only get massages as a last resort when my back has been knotted for days with no sign of relief. On three separate occasions now, after seeing Bennett I am back to normal the very next day. I am extremely impressed, I would recommend to anyone. I won’t be seeing anyone else. Bennett puts the remedy in remedial.

I booked in recently for remedial massage to reduce chronic inflammation and pain. Having consulted with multiple chiropractors, and massage therapists for the same issue, I have found Bennett’s approach really effective - my relief was almost instant. Bennett knows all the right trigger points to release. Conversation is kept to a minimum (apart from checking if pressure is okay etc) which is a bonus for extra relaxation. I’d recommend giving the services a try!

I am so grateful to have come across Bennett. As a first time mum I am so physically tired and sore not to mention my body is puffy with the fluid retention. He’s expertly shared his recommendations of post partum treatment (diet etc “holistic” approach with goal to identify the root cause of pain) along with remedial massage to provide me with immediate relief before working on lymphatic massage to help expel toxins and de-puff. These services has formed a part of my self care routine!
