Have always loved this office. Luckily I don't have to visit them often...never have a problem scheduling, they are absolutely great with kids, I never have trouble scheduling with my provider Jim who has been there for years. Staff are always friendly and professional. I will be going here until they close down!
I've had a great experience at this office since day one. The staff is always friendly and they remember me from visit to visit. I can always see my provider Jim when I call in. The providers have been there for years and so have many of the staff. I recommend this office to everyone.
Unprofessional unorganized appalling behavior by rude office staff
I have been a patient at Bennett Family Medicine for over 5 years and appreciate the personalized care I get there. The staff is always warm and friendly.
Disappointed, ordered expensive testing without cause. Was sure to bill for the office visit, without addressing my concerns.
The entire staff is great! From the front desk staff to the P.A.'s and nurses. Both my husband and I rely on Bennett Family Medicine whether for check-ups or when suddenly ill. They are very caring and personable. We are quite pleased with their care.
I have been going to Dr. Bennett for bout 20 years. I appreciate her attentiveness and care, along with having a great staff. I highly recommend her and Jim!

My husband & I, have been patients for several yrs. now under Dr. Suzanne & her incredible staff. They are welcoming as soon as you come to the lobby, patient when describing/discussing questions & issues. Calming when my overly nervousness kicks in, lol, & they put me at ease. I have witness them calm down an overly impatient "walk in" teen & his mother, who was disrespecting his mother, while she was trying to ask questions to the office personnel. Erin handled the situation professionally.
