Online it says storagearea is the name. I searched for a local storage unit that had open units and no minimum stay. I found this place. It showed me the available sizes I choose one and made the reservation. The email said the unit was confirmed and I had to go in with my ID and sign paperwork and that I could move in that day. I loaded my truck and went over to find no one was there. I called and they said I could do it online. okay, why did the email say I had to come in with my ID.
