Greg installed webbing in my tree for $400 and really sold me on the strength of the product to save my tree. The first night it was installed, it broke. We texted back and forth about the issue but I never got a commitment from them on fixing. Finally after multiple attempts I was told they will not repair without charging me and then hung up on me.
