I just read my soror sister post about her experience at this place. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. When you quote a price that should be the price. Acting rude and insinuating that a customer is lying is not acceptable by any means especially for a manager an moody cashier. I also pointed out to her your Google reviews. You’ve done the same to others wish she would’ve read them before doing business with you.

Lisa, It is truly unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding. The price that was quoted of $12.00 per roll included the price of developing which is $5.00 per roll and $5.99 for a cd or digital upload of the images, plus tax, which was specified in the phone conversation. When the rolls of film were dropped off, apparently prints were requested and therefore were more expensive than expected. Incredibly helpful and efficient! I've just recently gotten into 35mm photography and so wasn't sure what to do when my roll got jammed in my camera. I was desperate to continue taking photos as I still had some days left in New Orleans and the lovely folks at Bennett's Camera sorted me out! I was amazed to learn that they are the last film developers in all of Louisiana.
