As a contractual worker doing dialysis, it was difficult being on the other side! I feel I received great care. My therapists were awesome. Very considerate and patient and very supportive. My nursing care was good as well. I only had one issue. Dr had ordered TED hose for dependent edema in my lower extremities. The ruse decided that 5 am would be a good time to put them on! Mind you, they were ordered at 8 am.
I was very pleased and amazed at the staff attitudes towards patients. Everyone was very willing to answer all and any of my questions. I left feeling confident in my abilities to feel safe due to the training I received. They kept me motivated and willing to do more. They praised abilities and helped at every turn I needed help in. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend your facility to anyone who needs or wants rehab. Thanks to everyone on staff!
Good experience, friendly people, even friendly patiences.
A tremendously positive experience. I was there to rehabilitae after my second amputation. The staff did an excellent job assessing my abilities and made a custom plan to to utilize the skills and strengths I had and to improve those areas where I needed help. There were four therapy sessions a day and they were rigorous. They were done in a way to challenge me, but never put me in any danger. All of the employees have a great attitude and always smiling. The food was better than I expected and rehab staff was great at pushing you to do your best.
