After renting for a year and even paying my rent in advance when it came to get my deposit back, I was nickeled and dimed. Be very aware of you ever rent any properties from this place. My deposit was 1500 and only 152 of it was returned. Very disappointing, he knew what he was doing. That's why he took his sweet time returning my deposit telling me that it was ok It's sad when people do that. I could understand if we trashed the place, but that was not even the case whatsoever.
