Have little support, most of the quality repair company's have quit bennett. Now getting a pump fixed and especially warranty work is extremely difficult.
I'm a Bennett installer and being a certified tech for other brands for years, if these dispensers are installed and started up properly, I have far less return calls compared to other brands I was certified on for years. I personally prefer Bennett products over their competitors for ease and lack of service required.
Never buy bennett products
They don't seem to respond to inquiries at all and thats not healthy for any business
Bennett’s turn times are running 6-8 weeks. Dispensers come in imaged and working properly. Great company to work with.
