This management property is horrible. They help you out 1% of the time so they don't have to deal with you the other 99% of the time. I haven't been able to pay rent online as they offer since I moved in and now my agent is being rude and blaming me and the payment company instead of taking any responsibility for any of their mistakes. DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM!

Awful service! The incompetence and unreasonable treatment is at a very high level. Is suggest trying elsewhere for both property owners and renters. Your best intrinteis most definitely not considered here! Unfortunately negative stars was not available.
I have worked with Bennett property Management for over a decade. They are one of the few Certified Residential Management Companies in Arizona. Also, they have rock solid accounting. Their Chief Financial Officer, Mike Mumford, teaches trust accounting to property managers across the nation. Designated broker Anne McCawley, has the Master Property Manager and Resident Management Professional designations from NARPM, as do many others within the office. This company has provided me nothing but the best of service.
