One of your renters went above and beyond by paying for a professional carpet cleaning service, and provided to Kim, their receipt prior to moving out. Being the technician that preformed the cleaning service, I was blown away that they chose to charge the tenants for another carpet cleaning cause its better than my service. That apparently "it just pushes dirt around" Ridiculous!! This management company tried to undermine another business for nothing more than trying to deduct the renters deposit reimbursement. Beware.

Dear Ms. D*****, I'm sure that you are well aware from the photos we provided you that your carpet cleaner failed to clean the carpets. The dirt and debris that the second carpet cleaner pulled out (as evidenced by the photos) was appalling. The one star review you give us is deserved by your carpet cleaner, not us.

They will add fee and not explain were they are coming from... Always making mistake.. then will say they are human... I Never paid my rent late but they will always seem to lose the money orders after I drop them off so I have to pay my rent online so that want Happen and it's a fee for that as well... Work orders take forever... They will send someone out but that's just to get an estimate... Then get mad when your not able to setup another appointment.. because you have to work when you already took a day off work.

Hello Ashley, I am sorry that you feel that we "lose money orders", because we work very hard to properly account for our resident's funds. If you can give me a specific example of that I would like to follow up so that it won't happen again. Sometimes a repair is more complicated than just arriving and making the repair. I have worked with the team at Bennett Property Management for many years now and am always impressed. They are knowledgeable and, while always fair and helpful to the tenants, they take their responsibility to the property owner quite seriously. Can't recommend them higher.
I honestly wish I could leave a zero star review. This property management is the worse company to use on either end. I cannot fathom how they have an A+ rating with how awful the reviews are. BBB, this needs to be reevaluated. Bennett is ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. Every month they add extra fees and NEVER return calls, and when they do they are reluctant to help at all. Do not rent any properties managed by this company! They are only out to steal your money! You will never get your deposit back because they create fake charges to keep it. When you fill out your move in sheet they will charge you for the same things that were pre-existing. They do not know how to count. They will over charge you fees every chance they get. Never. Ever. Use this company. When we moved into our home, it wasn't cleaned nor cleared of the previous tenants trash and belongings. We were told in the three days it took them to go in and clean that we would receive a refund on those dates and still haven't. When we moved in we were still finding clothes, jewelry making tools, used wash clothes, and there were oil spots on the ceilings. I have dealt with them on numerous occasions and while i see they may be a bit overwhelmed at times, they have always treated me with respect and addressed my concerns.
