We've been with Bennett and Porter for over six years. Most of those years our agent was a fellow named Hunter and he was terrific. For the last year or so our agent has been Kathryn McMannes, big drop in service. For months Kathryn has been telling us that our carrier was pulling out of Arizona and we wouldn't have coverage. So we sought out another broker who secured coverage for $400 a year less then we had been paying. We got that policy in mid February and Wells Fargo paid it out of our escrow account. Widespread incompetence. Nice people, but they routinely fail to do their job. On two separate occasions (2025 and around 2022), my homeowners insurance lapsed with no warning from them. I was willing to forgive it the first time, but not the second. Perhaps even more unbelievably, on both occasions I was the one who brought the lapse in coverage to their attention. We were on vacation in Florida and when we got to the rental car agency, they wouldn't let us have the car till we showed them a Declaration of insurance. My wife called Kim at the agency and within a few minutes she had emailed it to my wife's phone, and we were on our merry way! Thanks to the prompt service we got out of there without losing our place in line! Thanks again
