Had a Rinni tankless heater installed by Bennett over a year ago, this required draining and disconnecting my old water heater. The water heater was to be removed and disposed of by Bennett. I have made over twenty phone calls to Bennett and got excuses/promises that it would be picked up. The heater has yet to be removed!

My hot water heater went out and I have 2 daughters therefore we needed a new one immediately. Bennett Plumbing not only picked up a new one for me but was at my house with the unit in 1hr.
