This company is a very rude and a pathetic one. These staff have been very inresponsible to us. We have tried to give them our companies utmost service, but they provide us with unpleasant and pathetic service. This companies staff are real clowns and should face consequences. Do not ever work with this company.
The company doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I have never faced such rude brokers who can easily tell you “stupid”. Very unprofessional staff. I was talking to 3 different brokers and all of them were allowing themselves to tell whatever they want having insult me. I called with the problem at the shipper while they told me “look for another load” and dropped the phone. I hope that the managers will take it under control
