Worst company, can not contact any one unless you call billing specifically. Only way to reach a real person. On top of the fact that they move office's every 6 months and do not update their address in google. Damn near drove all over the state just to return equipment.

Worst company I have ever delt with! They tried to pawn medical Equipment off on us that the doctor didn't even prescribe and tried a fear tactic to try to get us to take it. When it has come to returning the oxygen bottles after we where done with them my wife had to stay home from work for a delivery driver that we couldn't get even a five hour window of when he would be there. I asked to speak with their dispatcher and they said they could not put me threw with them or the driver so she waited all day and they never showe... read more
I wish I had set up my account through Medicare with a different company because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never get to the office only to a call center that will not give you the number to reach a technician. I am going to call Medicare and see what I have to do to get my account moved.
They assume you gwt better over night and try toget you out asap without caring how you feel.
