RecommendedI called on a Sunday afternoon after my Mare foaled at 327 days and the found just wasn’t right. I spoke to Jake and he asked if I could get an IgG test from our local vet (were in Elko) so I didn’t make a 4 hour trip for nothing.. A few hours later of NO vets in our area being helpful we loaded up at 230 pm and got to the clinic a little after 730. Jake was fantastic and his tech, Parker, was super friendly and smart! My cow had an abscess and I called to make appointment to get her seen. Didn't feel comfortable popping it myself. The receptionist had me talk to one of the vets Austin. He told me over the phone there was no need for her to be seen. Said he was confident it was cancer and she would die shortly and to make her comfortable. I had to put my Chihuahua to sleep tonight and they were so unbelievably compassionate. I spoke with them a couple times throughout the day and finally decided at 5:00. I was able to bring her in without a wait. Thank so very much. I was pretty upset but I think it was Dr. Carrie Lambert, thank you again ❤️
They dont seem to have concern for the little people. They need to have a vet in house so if there is an emergency there is a vet to take care of it. Also they need a receptionist that has compassion and is not rude.
This vet a few years back took my dog in after we thought she had been poisoned last minute from Twin, where I lived. Not only seen and treated her... the vet in town Amen would not but did not charge me and sent me home with antibiotics. ♥️
They were great! I didnt have to worry about Rosie's hernia surgery as they keep in touch with me on everything. So appreciated this as our horse Rosie is well loved.
Had an emergency porcupine/dog encounter on Saturday night. Dr. Ben answered the the late night phone call and pleasantly took care of the problem. Unbelievable service and care. Thanks!
