They offer very little support and only excuses.
This company has been difficult to work with and has acted dishonestly in handling my daughter’s move-out and deposit refund. She has clear video evidence showing the apartment was left spotless, yet they charged for an additional seven hours of cleaning and withheld most of her deposit. I rented from them for all 4 years of residence in Oregon and needless to say this management company has gotten worse with time. Check the "Recent" reviews as it aligns with the downward spiral. You will never get your full security deposit back no matter what. They will absolutely squeeze you for every last penny when you move and find charges for absolutely anything; even if you do so within their own network of apartments.
