This is the mother company of the land lord at 8700 sw 26th ave. I just wanted to leave a review because he was the best land lord ever. I had to break a lease a long time ago due to a family emergency and he didn't punish me at all. I came back and rented from him again at a later date for many more years. I can't recommend him enough. He leaves you alone and fixes things immediately when needed. He's also just a really nice guy. I don't know if this review will really help, but in case it does.
