The salesman was unprofessional. He called and didnt even give me his name. I had to ask him what his name was. Very rude when I asked about a price reduction. He said we aren't going down on the price. Someone will buy the car and I am actually texting them right now. Definitely not a good image for the dealership! Someone else emailed me from the company about pricing and they were very professional!

Responsive and friendly high fees
First I’ll give a quick story about what happened and how in my opinion I would NOT purchase a used vehicle from this establishment. First I found the exact car I was looking for and still available. So far so good. Got a fair price for my trade in. And a fair price for the car. Was told the car had factory powertrain warranty so all sounded great at this point.
