This was the worst service experience. The call takers showed an unbelievable lack of care and concern, and communication from them was nonexistent. My car sat there for over a month without being fixed or even looked at. The service manager was the one bright spot in the whole ordeal and it seems he is the only one who cares about the customers.

I dealt mostly with Katie and she was kind and understanding when things didn’t go well with fixing my car.
