The service adviser my wife and I had greeted us with a soured face, and wrote a statement on the paper work that I didn't even say, we were there on March 14 2025, I would not recommend Lebanon Honda service department to anyone. It's sad with the price if vehicles today you can't even get decent service anymore.
Purchased my car here 11 years ago new and have had all service done here every oil change and inspection everything, and boy has it gone down hill. experiencing an issue with my vehicle, which would require them to diagnose the problem I call in to make an appointment. They won't give me a time and say I need to drop it off for the entire day. I say sure, can we do that on a Saturday "no we don't do that on Saturdays." We are long time customers of this Honda dealership. We realized that the car was due for an oil change and we were leaving for vacation the next day. We walked in without an appointment and they could fit us in within the hour. Fast courteous service.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ben in the Bennett Honda Service Department. There were many obstacles that needed to be overcome so that my car could get back on the road again quickly. Ben is a MIRACLE worker! He moved mountains for me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with daily updates. We ran into a big snag with my car, but Ben figured it all out.
