Everytime I have my 2024 Honda CRV serviced by Bennett Honda, I feel managed and unheard. The facility is nice, the service personnel seem to know what they are doing. But Customer Service is lacking. Try answering direct questions with direct answers. Just because I have a ponytail doesn’t mean I am a mechanical idiot.
Great sales experience with staling almonte
The service adviser my wife and I had greeted us with a soured face, and wrote a statement on the paper work that I didn't even say, we were there on March 14 2025, I would not recommend Lebanon Honda service department to anyone. It's sad with the price if vehicles today you can't even get decent service anymore.
Purchased my car here 11 years ago new and have had all service done here every oil change and inspection everything, and boy has it gone down hill. experiencing an issue with my vehicle, which would require them to diagnose the problem I call in to make an appointment. They won't give me a time and say I need to drop it off for the entire day. I say sure, can we do that on a Saturday "no we don't do that on Saturdays." We are long time customers of this Honda dealership. We realized that the car was due for an oil change and we were leaving for vacation the next day. We walked in without an appointment and they could fit us in within the hour. Fast courteous service.
