Do not use this builder. If you ever actually speak to Zach, which is very rare , he will tell you whatever you want to hear. He strung me along for over 8 months. He is very unresponsive and does not communicate on what’s actually going on. Do not use this builder. It will cost you time and money that you will never get back.
